Product Categories
(1) High voltage indoor post insulators for power stations: used for indoor power stations and substations with rated power frequency voltage of 6-35kV on the bus and distribution devices of electrical equipment. An insulating support for a high voltage conducting part. It is generally installed at an altitude of no more than 1000m, the ambient temperature is -40 ~ 40℃, and should be used under the condition of free from pollution and condensation, the specially designed plateau type can be used at an altitude of 3000m and 5000m.
(2) Outdoor pin post insulator: suitable for ac rated voltage is 3-220kV, installation site ambient temperature is -40 ~ +40℃ and altitude is not more than 1000m on the electrical insulation part or distribution device, as insulation and fixed conductor.
(3）Outdoor bar post insulator: used for high voltage electrical appliances and high voltage distribution devices, insulation and fixed conductor role. Has largely replaced the use of outdoor pin post insulators.
(4) anti-pollution outdoor rod post insulator: suitable for the medium pollution area with salt density within 0.1mg/cm2, as the insulation and fixation of high voltage electrical appliances and distribution devices.
Products Use
The post insulator is suitable for ambient temperature ranging from -40℃ to +40℃. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 1000 meters for ordinary type and 4000 meters for plateau type. Technical standard “GB8287.1 High Voltage porcelain post insulators” technical conditions, IEC 168 high voltage porcelain post insulators.
Post insulators are used for insulation and support of live parts in outdoor power stations, distribution units and electrical equipment of substations with ac voltage of 10-500kV at power frequency.
Insulators are suitable for -40~+40 environments, and some products can be used in areas with an altitude of 4000m. Products are divided into two categories: ordinary shape and stain resistance.
Pollution resistance can be applied to medium, heavy and particularly heavy pollution areas.
