From “one porcelain dominating” to “multi wheel drive” industrial optimization and upgrading “accelerating”
As one of the birthplaces of China’s electric porcelain industry, Luxi takes the strength of the whole county to promote the development of the electric porcelain industry. According to the development idea of “intelligent manufacturing, large-scale production, international sales and supporting construction”, Luxi continues to enhance the advantages of the whole electric porcelain industry chain and local supporting capacity, and moves towards the goal of “the world’s electric porcelain sees China and China’s electric porcelain sees Luxi”.
Under the combination and cluster development of strong and strong enterprises, Luxi electric porcelain industry has achieved “four full coverage” of voltage grade, insulating materials, application fields and industrial chain. At present, 18 enterprises in Luxi have obtained the State Grid bidding qualification, and 4 enterprises have entered the procurement list of China Railway Corporation. Medium and low voltage electric porcelain products account for three-quarters of the national market and one-fifth of the international market.
One belt, one road, will be built in the next five years. Luxi will promote the electric porcelain and electric products to occupy a larger share in the international market. We will continue to play the role of electric porcelain electric network, build “Internet plus” services, big data operation platform, and new foreign trade cloud service market, and promote the electric porcelain electric sail to “sail along the road” and “drive the cloud” to sea. On the basis of unswervingly taking the electric porcelain industry as the first place, Luxi adheres to the principle of “relying on the great alliance to strengthen”, aims at domestic and international “top” enterprises to carry out investment promotion, increases cooperation with central enterprises such as China building materials, China Railway Electrification Bureau and China supply and marketing group, and focuses on the introduction of leading enterprises and chain extension and reinforcement projects in electric porcelain, electronic information, advanced equipment manufacturing, auto parts and other industries. At the same time, we will vigorously develop strategic emerging industries with high scientific and technological content, great market potential and strong driving ability, and strive to introduce more than 50 projects with more than 100 million yuan in strategic emerging industries to cultivate them into pillar industries.
“Innovation” is the key word of Luxi during the 14th Five Year Plan period. Luxi will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, continue to “draw wisdom from the brain”, invite industry cutting-edge people to “feel the pulse” for the development of Luxi industry, further improve the technological innovation system combining “industry, University, research and application”, deepen the cooperation of scientific research institutions and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Based on its rich resource endowment, Luxi will focus on Fengqi town and Zixi pastoral complex to create a nostalgic agricultural art landscape of “pastoral flower fruit tea hostel” integrating creative agriculture, agricultural experience and high-quality home stay, and polish the brands of parent-child tour, family tour and research study tour; Relying on the hometown of Tanhua and the ancient village of Fengzi City, activate the historical and cultural theme village; Relying on yuanshuiyuan red training center, Red Army School and wanglushui memorial hall, build a red culture tourism brand characterized by research, learning and development, education and training.

During the 13th Five Year Plan period, Luxi implemented 237 key projects for people’s livelihood, with a total expenditure of 12.79 billion yuan, accounting for 81.9% of the public budget expenditure, 1.8 times that during the 12th Five Year Plan period. Remarkable results have been achieved in poverty alleviation. 10302 poor people in 3558 households have been lifted out of poverty, and all 14 poverty-stricken villages in the 13th five year plan have been withdrawn. 12000 urban jobs were added, and the social security system was fully covered.
