Li Zengyi introduced that in the past five years, Luxi has signed 13 new projects with more than 2 billion yuan and 17 projects with more than 1 billion yuan. Among the electric porcelain industry, 18 enterprises have obtained the bidding qualification of the State Grid, and 4 enterprises have entered the procurement list of China Railway Corporation. Medium and low voltage electric porcelain products account for three-quarters of the national market and one-fifth of the international market, and have been rated as the “capital of electric porcelain in China”. The “32 articles on the development of electric porcelain industry clusters” were issued, an industrial development fund of 500 million yuan was established, and Hengyuan financing guarantee company was established with an investment of 300 million yuan. Five scientific research service platforms including the national electric porcelain inspection and testing center and China Luxi High Voltage Electric Porcelain Electrical Research Institute have been built.
The ecological new town has sprung up, the old urban area has taken on a new look, and the Rural Revitalization Strategy has been vigorously implemented. Fengqi Town, Zixi pastoral complex and yuanshuiyuan urban-rural integrated development experimental area have been built. Dongyang village has been rated as a beautiful leisure village in China. The urban-rural integration of domestic waste has achieved full coverage, and the transformation rate of “toilet revolution” has reached 96.1%. 237 key projects for people’s livelihood have been implemented, and the cumulative expenditure on people’s Livelihood over the five years is 12.79 billion yuan, accounting for 81.9% of the public budget expenditure, which is 1.8 times that during the 12th Five Year Plan period. 12000 urban jobs were added, and the social security system was fully covered.

Aim at the “national brand” signboard and strive to become one national 5A scenic spot, two national 4A scenic spots and two 5A rural tourist spots within five years.
