Pingxiang Qiangsheng Electric Porcelain Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful Luxi County, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. Established in 2009, it is a modern production enterprise that integrates research and development, design, production, sales, and service of porcelain insulators. Since its establishment, the company has been focusing on the construction and development of the power grid, and has obtained more than 29 invention patents so far.
Qiangsheng has a 12 year development history, from the initial 40kN disc suspension product to the current main 420kN ultra-high voltage disc suspension product, supplemented by other pillar and pin insulators. It relies on our team’s strict control of technology and processes, and has always adhered to the concept of quality as the center. As customers change and adapt to their needs, constantly gather team strength, and challenge difficulties to achieve results. In order to meet the demand for high-end products in domestic ultra-high voltage, our company began investing in the construction of ultra-high voltage alumina cylindrical head insulators in 2021 (AC disc type suspension porcelain insulators with a capacity of 160kN-420kN have passed the type test of China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. and have been put into operation). Currently, normal mass production has been achieved, and the entire production process from raw materials to products has achieved precise control, resulting in more stable and reliable product performance.
The company fully implements ISO 9001 quality system certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system, and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system. The company is able to produce products according to quality standards such as Southern Power Grid Corporation, State Grid Corporation of China, national standard GB, industry standard JB, Ministry of Railways standard, TB, IEC, ANSI, BS, AS, DIN, JIS, etc.
