Time is tight, the task is heavy, and the responsibility is great!

2026-05-08

The Bangladesh BREB bid we participated in this time is a key benchmark project for our company's layout in the South Asian market. The timely and compliant submission of bid samples is directly related to the project's qualification for review and admission. Originally, the plan was to send the full set of bid samples (including product samples, technical parameter documents, authoritative testing reports, and other core materials) via international express delivery. However, due to recent force majeure events such as tight cargo capacity at Bangladesh airports and significant delays in international express customs clearance, conventional express delivery channels have been unable to meet the deadline requirements for the bid submission. The delivery of samples faces the urgent risk of being "disqualified due to exceeding the deadline".

Time is tight, the task is heavy, and the responsibility is great! If the sample is delayed, it not only means that the companywill directly lose its bidding qualification, but also affect the brand reputation and subsequent cooperation layout in the South Asian market. Faced with the sudden predicament, the company's management held an emergency special meeting at the first time, clarifying the core principles of "no late samples, no absenteeism in bidding, and no discount on promises". They decisively rejected passive solutions such as "waiting for express delivery" and "postponing submission", and finalized the emergency strategy of "having specially-assigned personnel carry the samples, flying directly to Dhaka, and submitting on-site".
