In order to help optimize and upgrade the “No. 1 reform project” of the business environment, the people’s Court of Luxi County, Jiangxi Province fully performed its judicial functions and set up a pioneer service station of double “No. 1 project” in Jiangxi Electric Porcelain chamber of Commerce on the morning of April 8, aiming to further serve and protect the judicial needs of electric porcelain enterprises in Luxi County and promote the construction of a legal business environment with higher quality.
The pioneer service station is mainly responsible for top note mediation and judicial confirmation of all kinds of contradictions and disputes arising from the investment, project construction and production operation of Luxi electric porcelain enterprises. It also provides judicial service activities such as interpretation and consultation of laws and regulations, publicity of law and propaganda.
In the past five years, Luxi court has accepted 196 cases involving electric porcelain enterprises, and 159 cases have been settled through mediation and withdrawal, with a success rate of 81.12%. As early as July 2021, in order to further promote the governance of litigation sources of electric porcelain enterprises in Luxi County, Luxi Court reached an agreement with the people’s mediation committee of Jiangxi Electric Porcelain chamber of Commerce to establish a linkage mediation mechanism for the resolution of contradictions and disputes involving the electric porcelain industry in Luxi County, so that more contradictions and disputes can be resolved before litigation, promote the legalization of business environment, and help Luxi’s economic and social security, stability and orderly development.
The top note service station of the double “No.1 Project” will further strengthen the pre litigation mediation of the dispute over the electric porcelain industry in Luxi county area, and promote the timely and effective resolution of the disputes and disputes in the electric porcelain industry. Strengthen the fine management of the whole process of litigation services, and effectively reduce the processing time and turnover time of intermediary acts such as filing and review, litigation mediation connection, reconciliation and mediation, entrusted judicial expertise audit and evaluation of dispute cases involving the electric porcelain industry.
