High Voltage 70kn Disc Suspension Toughened Glass Insulator U70BL

Short Description:

The structure of glass insulator is similar to that of porcelain insulator, except that the insulator is glass. The main raw materials of glass insulator shall include quartz sand, feldspar, limestone, dolomite, soda ash, potassium carbonate, etc. the tempered glass formed by the action characteristics of glass insulator is homogeneous silicate, the internal microstructure uniformity is better than that of electric porcelain, and has better dielectric strength. At the same time, the surface of tempered glass has prestress and excellent thermal stability

3 Installation

3.1 Appearance Check
The insulators shall be inspected one by one according to chapter 28 of GB/ T1001.1-2003 and this standard before installation, and the use of insulators that do not meet the above requirements shall be prohibited.

3.2 Insulator resistance measurement
Insulation resistance of porcelain insulators shall be measured one by one before installation. Insulators that do not meet the requirements of DLT626 shall not be used.

3.3 Precautions
During installation, insulators should be handled with care, not thrown, and avoid collision and friction with sharp objects.

4 Operation and Maintenance
4.1 document
The operating unit shall establish insulator files in accordance with DL/T 626.

4.2 maintenance
During inspection and inspection of insulators, if it is found that the lock pin is missing or the insulator has zero value, live operation or power failure repair shall be adopted, and the insulators shall be inspected in time according to the following provisions.
If one of the following conditions occurs, the insulator can be determined to be invalid. A) Cracks and yellow rust spots appear on the iron cap (acid reflux); B) Bending and cracking of steel feet; C) Severe arc burning of iron cap and steel foot;
D) iron cap, insulation and steel foot are not on the same axis: e) porcelain cracks occur;
F) Insulation parts are seriously burned by partial discharge and partial shedding occurs; G) Cracks or skew appear in the cement at the steel foot;
H) Corrosion of steel feet occurs as described in DLT626-2005.
