The porcelain insulator products inspected this time are the core equipment customized by Vietnamese customers for the local power grid upgrading project. They have excellent insulation performance, strong anti-aging ability, and can adapt to high-temperature and high-humidity environments. They play a key role in the power transmission and transformation system by fixing wires and isolating currents. After arriving at the factory, our foreign trade business team immediately started work and formed a joint inspection team with the factory's quality control department. They conducted multi-dimensional and full-chain inspections of the products in strict accordance with international standards and the personalized requirements of Vietnamese customers.

In the production workshop, the inspection team first conducted random inspections of the finished products and inspected key links such as the molding process, glue bonding strength, and dimensional accuracy. They recorded all data parameters on site and used professional instruments to test the core performance indicators of the insulators, such as insulation resistance, power frequency breakdown voltage, and tensile strength. At the same time, they checked for any cracks, bubbles, or other defects in the product appearance and whether the packaging met the requirements for preventing moisture and collision during maritime transportation.

During the inspection process, the team also had in-depth exchanges with the factory's technical director. They further confirmed the optimization plan for product compatibility based on the local climate characteristics and power grid operation conditions in Vietnam. After two days of strict inspections, the sample inspection of the porcelain insulator products delivered this time passed the quality acceptance. All indicators met or exceeded the contractual standards.
